Refund policy

Returns policy:

At Yummies Pet Treats, we take pride in the quality of our treats. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving it.

Process:

1.           Contact us via email – orders@yummiespettreats.co.za

2.           Provide the Invoice number and barcode on the packet.

3.           Give your reason for return

4.           We will provide return shipping instructions

Refunds:  Refunds issued within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges: Customers can exchange items.  Exchanged item will be sent 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

On returning a product, please make sure: Items is returned in the original packaging and is not used.

We will review your concern and respond within 5 business days with the next steps—either a full refund upon return or an exchange, depending on the situation.
